This host really sucks!!!!

I hosted with myhostsite.com and they really suck. I looks like the guy is a reseller that works out of his livingroom. No support, double bills, won't return e-mail and won't release your domain name from their dns!

He even has a bbs with all kinds of shit about him. I don't think he knows it's there. Checkout:

There are a lot of those out there now thanks to companies like rackspace that sell servers cheap. People resell without knowing what anything about hosting and the company they are reselling for doesn't provide them any support either.

It's very important to ask that question when looking for a new host. Find out if they actually are a hosting company or a reseller. Find out where their servers are located. Call them at odd hours and make sure you will get support before you ever sign up. If you have a hard time reaching them as a potential customer, it will most likely be worse once they actually have your money.
