Hey! I have had my company launched for about 3 years now, but due to overwhelming projects I could never get the time to get it going 100%. I am looking to take on a partner in my company who can help split down the work so we can really start to capitalize.
Current information about company.

Registered: July 2002 - Delaware S-corp

Other Info:
- I have a fully customized Aff system that supports both Pay-Per-Join and Revshare real time states using Epoch (my CC processor).
- I have a full Content system I self coded that auto generates galleries, builds main pages for each site and shows newest content, randomizes sub-page's content so it looks new each update, and more.
- Currently running two servers. One is a self owned box Colocated. My company site and other sites are ran off this. The second is a Dedicated server that is saspposed to be for TGP's but I have no yet found enough time to take advantage of this server (and will have to shut it down soon if I don't start using it soon).
- I own four free sites (only market two) and my mail server is white listed on AOL and Yahoo for Double Opt-In mailing of the lists. I also have self coded scripts to handle mail spools to auto clean lists in order to stay under whitelisted ratios.
Future Plans:
- Expand my free-site/Double Opt in program. (start using it more).
- Production in near future. I already have girls ready to work, but need to make sure my company will continue before I put up the capital.
I have a decent amount of time, but not enough to do this all myself. I freelance program ALOT and I need someone who I can trust will help me run this company too.
Specifics I'm looking for in partner:
- Very good web designer (graphically) both adult and professional. (portfolio of some sites required).
- Knows the ins and outs of TGP/Search Engine (I got other marketing down, I need someone who can help bring in traffic from this side of the table).
- Currently owns sites is a BIG plus, but not needed
If you want to be in as a partner we are going in as an actual partners. We will both own 50/50 of the company and our earnings will be based on that.
