na you can be paid normal and claim it normally.

Hint: If u earn income as an individual you get hit with SS still. If u claim it as a company you don't. On the same note, companies are subject to more taxes and fees (franchise fees, ect). I personally found out the hard way that a S-Corp has less fees than an LLC.

Hope I was of some help.

probably not. i'd speak with your accountant to see what they recommend. s-corp is a good route.

S-Corp.. But until you hit say... $6,000 in adult money, I'd stay self employed... At about that number you will say... hmm... writing a check (or checks) to someone to setup an S-Corp is a good investment and I know, I know how to make money.

I do recommend registering as a business entity, EVEN WITH LOW INCOME.
There are several legal benefits of registering as a business.

            What type?
That also depends on the STATE you live in.
S-Corps in AZ make less sense than forming an LLC (won't go into details, look it up yourself if you are interested)

            Best of luck.
