A graphic Design Question...

So I am trying to make a fun new site and play graphics guy... Big mistake! Anyway what I am shooting for is all the site info in a rectangle with rounded corners. The problem is how do I get rid of the ambient background behind it? In other words it comes up on the page as a pretty rounded rectangle with a squared cornered rectangle behind it..

So what do I need to do to make it go away? I am using PsP by the way...

I'm not an expert in PsP, I use PS, but you will need to make the "Background" in the image "transparent". Or you will have to make the background in the image, the same color as the background on the html page.
