You can start on virltual but will need to move to dedicated once your site is doing a few hundred k per day.

I'd have to agree here. A virtual hosting account should be sufficient to begin your TGP. As I'm sure you're aware, as you grow, you'll be consuming more and more bandwith; so plan on upgrading to a dedicated server, and if need be, an unmetered dedicated server.
