It looks pretty but it doesn't have any personality.... looks like many, MANY others. If you want surfers to remember you, you have to make an impression on them.

It doesn't fit in an 800 wide window. 800x600 is still pretty much the standard to fit your site into. Surfers don't like to scroll sideways.

Where's your "bookmark me" link? You DO want surfes to bookmark it don't you? If you don't remind them, they won't remember, especially after they click a link and end up on some other TGP because of a trade.

Remove the text that talks about getting sent to other sites. The surfers know that a good majority of TGPs skim, they don't need to be told, and in fact, many will just leave after reading that.

Put your submit and trade links at the bottom. Webmasters know to look there and surfers don't care. Don't distract them with it.
