"Mass-replace" tool needed

As I am going to change from NexGenFreehosting to RevShareHosting, I have to change my referral code for ARS on all of my sites.

Is there a tool out there which crawls into subdirectories on my HD and replaces a certain text in all of the files?

This is a perfect example why you need/want dynamic templates, can you give more info like are you on linux/ win

I already changed the template for last months galleries to a dynamic solution. I have a backlog of galleries at certain TGPs and I don't want to miss that traffic. Yes, I know that it's shitty not having used FPAs or so, so that I could easily change the sponsor links

I have both, a windows and linux system, so I could use a program for both platforms. Are there any commands on linux which do the thing I want?

i have the perfect tool for you (free) , it will mass replace on text searches like:

*index.asp?id=myid* with *index.asp?id=mynewid*
