dns & win2000 - Help Please!

Help!!!

I have a win2000 server that i have just configured and have several windows xp clients on the network. From the win2k server I can do...

nslookup

resolve domain name, server name, any outside domain name on the internet

from the clients
nslookup
resolve FQDN but not any netbios names....

I am trying to eliminate netbios and get dns to do all the resolution... Also when I dcdiag I get several fails saying that The network name cannot be found. I believe the problems are related (same even)... 4 days with 9 hours sleep!!!

have you removed netbios from networking? then restart

Then you may need to reinstall tcp/ip and reconfig.
Alittle more information may shed light on the problem for me.
