My internet explorer isn't allowing popups and i don't see anything to change it. can anyone help? when i click on a link that is a pop up, the bottom bar says pop up blocked.

Where it says its blocking the popup, double click on that icon, or right click.. one of the two, there should be a setting in there to turn them off permanently.Comment
