CCBill Cookie Help

I am putting up an affiliate site and I am new to CCBill (used to have Epoch). I need help implementing the CCBill ID cookie code. I have viewed source on multiple sites, but it obviously posts to an PHP file that I cannot view. An example site is http://www.spunkycash.com/ . Up Top where it says "Cookie Me". I have everything else figured out, this and the implementation of the cookie ID in the linking codes is the last thing I need. Thanks in advance.

Basically all you have to do is setup a script that will insert the partner id into the following code:

http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...A=xxxxxx&BAN=0

can anyone point me in the direction of a script that does this? Any help would be great.
