Help With New Site

Hi all
I?m new at this but willing to learn. This is my first adult site and it?s been up for two weeks without any results. I have it on both search engines and link list, but the traffic is really slow and not converting. Have I fucked up and made a shit site? How can I turn this situation around? All help appreciated.

I didn't spend much time looking, but I noticed right away several links on the first page before your enter link that would pull traffic away.
If you are making AVS sites you should mirrow them to multiple AVS's and links list to increase traffic.
