You should register domain name for your hosting site(and create site), then setup couple of billings. -

You need a lot more than that if you want to run a good hosting company.
You're going to need a full database backend, with customizable frontend for end user interaction.
You could try, www.modernbill.com - but its not made for dedicated server or colocation sales, so itll be hard to track those. It works pretty good for virtual clients, but it is pretty complicated to setup for full automation, and I'd recommend someone who has plenty of experience with it to install it for you.
Or you could go our route, and have something custom coded for you for about $2k.Comment
