I want to send out some reciprocal link emails. But most TOS don't allow "unsolicited commercial email", which you could class reciprocal link emails under.
Are there any hosts that will let you send these types of emails out? I want to send about 20 personalised emails out per hour.
Someone told me to try porn hosts.
