Need a CGI script, Any Suggestions

I'm looking for a simple script for a links index. All I need is a script that will arrange the links on my page in order of incoming traffic. Don't need any auto sign up scripts, niothing like that. Just want one that will count, and arrange.
    Any suggestions?
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

I can code you such script in no time and make it as you need it. At low cost ofcourse. I need more details..like from where it will get the count of the traffic from each link? Also why you need a cgi, can't it be on php?
For more information about my business you can check http://www.kaktusancorp.com and if interested in hiring me to code you the script contact me through the form there or directly by ICQ 411661

    Thanks!
