I need to open two web pages at one's and one of them i want to make as a pop-up.

Well... you could use a tiny hahahahahahahahahaha code... something like
hahahahahahahaha"windowhahahahahaha("file.htm","wi ndowtitle",[parameters])"
(i believe that`s the syntax
)
Anyway, you put this into the <body> argument and when someone open your page, a new window containing the file specified will open (you can even specify this window`s size and menubar/titlebar -> see more about the syntax ...

i think you picture was not working because some problems with Internet destination, maybe it was a problem with your server and now there is no problem and your picture loading. or file name problem.
i don't really know. I am new in internet sfuff.
