definitely use a different font. the cat looks like it belongs on a childrens site...overall pretty plain and novice looking. should invest some $ into getting a designer to help you out. i am sure the $ would be well worth it. looks like you just learned how to use frontpage.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... Your prod is really going to suck with that page.
I dont see any content on page load, and im @ 1024x768.
Minimize the top ads so i can at least see a row of thumbs on page load.

The site was actually laid out in VI on a linux box.... its all hand coded...
And I've noticed that alot of times, the shitty sites convert the best....
