First let me say that I've read through a lot of the "So you want to be an adult webmaster..." stuff out there, ie here, Cozy Frog, et al.
On to my story...
I have about 9 hours worth of amateur hardcore content, just barely enough to get an adult site started, but not enough to maintain it. I will be able in the next couple of months, though to establish enough relationships with a pool of willing girls to be able to sustain a site with weekly updates in perpetuity. Think of a Bruno B--style site.
That being said. I want people to PM or email me or post here advice on who's been the best folks to work with in this business on the marketing side of things. It seems like most of the people here are TGP jockeys and that's cool, but I'm looking to outsource the website management and marketing side of things for a content site, not a TGP site. As a side note I do my own video editing.
Please give:
*references--sites you've managed/marketed
*what strategy would you try to implement for me
*a loose budget on what it would take to implement your strategy
I'm not looking for a bunch of people to post a "Recipe for success" here, as there is no panacea for success in this or any business fo that matter. I'm looking for the relationship and service that is going to get me well on my way.
Content guys generally are pretty tight lipped about how they got to be so successful. Understandably. But I had a brief email exchange with an amateur site creator/owner who will remain nameless and he said he was fortunate ("really lucky") that he found some really good people that helped him market his site.
Another side note. I'm not really willing to license content for various reasons.
