Hello,
I'm not sure if this is entirely appropriate for these forums but it's not an advert so i'm hoping i won't get flamed too much
This is a question to the WebMasters ( of Adult Websites ). I'm considering starting a service and i'm wondering if it would interest anyone. As you know username/password stealing and bruteforcing can be quite a big problem for adult websites. There are ways this is stopped ( scripts to kill accounts that have had logins from many I.Ps ) but i was considering another way.
A "spider" that monitors Internet Relay Chat and Forums ( the most common ways used to share stolen or bruteforced logins ) for logins posted to your site.
My current idea is you'd pay a monthly fee and this spider would report back to you any usernames and passwords it found for your website ( and you could delete/suspend these accounts ).
I haven't even begun this project and would like some feedback from webmasters as to weither you'd be interested in such a service ( or if one already exists that i've missed ).
Thanks.
