I organize wild ass parties, which has turned into a website. It is mainly used to qualify new party people. Suddenly there have been signups from all over, from voyeurs...

This could be a beautiful thing. The intention was never to have a paysite, but now it is becoming popular.

I have been considering a referral/affiliate program and would like some feedback from you all...

How can the sales pitch be improved for voyeurs?

What could be improved to make a referral/affiliate program work and improve conversions?

Where do you, as another adult webmaster, think quality traffic could be targeted?

Should the referral traffic go to a seperate canned "Free Tour"?

Get someone to design some serious logo's and decide on a color scheme. Make the site very simple so that the point gets across very quickly.

You want someone to hit your site and say "Holy Shit" within the first three seconds. You want them to be hit over the head with a mallet because they just realized that your some sick bastard who hosts bukakke parties.

Make it clean and make it VERY simple for them to signup. I can't stress this enough. So many sites lose tremendous amounts of customers because they are OVERLY complicated. Be simple.
