Ad tracking help please!

First, let me apologize if this has already been answered--the search feature of this section has been disabled at least at this point in time. On to the question:

Quite simply, I want to place banners on various TGPs. I want to:

1) Track the clicks on the banner (I'm guessing this is the easy part)

2) See how many of those clicks actually sign up for a subscription (this is the hard part I'm guessing)

My server is LINUX.

I don't use CCBill or IBill, I have Verotel Tickets Club. Yes, I can hear the snickering already, but even with CCBill's tracking I would want to establish my own tracking anyway.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get some software that does this?

I asume you use a tradecript? you can send to the sites through there and it will track clicks.

Hiya PhounTho,

You need a simple affiliate proggy that's integrated with your Verotel information... you'd assign tracking links for each banner the *exact* same way you would for an affiliate.... because the program would be integrated with your order process, you'd easily see conversions that occur as a result of your advertising.

(And you can use it to manage affiliates at the same time, so you'd have your own tracking ready to go for an affiliate program, etc.)
