Lets say I get a account with ibill for billing. Who are what does the password info? Do they or do I submit there info after they pay for service? Any info would be nice Thanks!

If you are using iBill's Password Management, your customers will be prompted to create a unique username and password after they pay successfully.
The entire process is automated.

Your signup form is actually an iBill CGI, which takes the payment info and customer info, and handles adding the new login to your member area access table.
