AVS on free host?

    AVS on free host?

    Which is a good host to put an AVS site on.

    From what I understand an AVS site requires HTACCESS editability.

    Also I would like to run some CGI scripts...

    Recommendations please?

    Also, on my current host xxxnova I get lots of weird responses. Say I post a link to my site from this message board.. instead of going to my site, it tries to download a dialer. Also, I tried submitting my site to a banner share program, but they won't except any links to banners hosted on my xxxnova account. In fact if you type in the url for the actual location of the banner it also goes to the dialer.

    Don't know what to do.. maybe this is the downside to Free Hosts.

    Well.. you can definetely tell I'm still new at this. Any help is appreciated.

          I no longer own my site, but when I did I use to go to all the boards run by the avs', I know some will give you free webhosting if your going to use their service. Check out the AVS' sites. Also I know their are some really good free adult webhosting sites out there. go to alltheweb or some other search engine and run search for webhosting +adult +free and you will find something that will suit you.
