what does this error mean?

I tried to sign up to a sponsor and I got the following error:

SUBMISSION ERROR!
» Unable to add account via Epoch remote reseller API. (Invalid Company Code/Password )

I tried to change my company name and I kept on getting the same problem. What's wrong ?
