its for setting up an online adult toy store... so it needs an online checkout system and a way for people to pay for the goods by cc....

You can try OSCommerce - http://www.oscommerce.com. It has a lot of mods and customizations you can do including using Aussie shipping rates, Paymate (the australian version of PayPal) and the Australian bank transfers..

We use OSCommerce for my site also. Works wonderful for us
