    usc 2257

    1. do you need to have USC 2257 compliance on your tgp/mgp or is that only for sites that have their own content ?

    2. can you be held accountable if some site that you have on your tgp/mgp does not comply with USC 2257 ?

      1 = only for sites that have their own content, but if you use your sponsors content your sponsor must compli with usc 2257
      2 = yes, just think if you was trading with a site that contain child pornography

        If you are running a tgp with only text links to other sites and galleries, and maybe some banners, you can likely make a legal disclaimer on the lanfing page stating that it's a site of an adult nature, that your site indexes and ranks the other sites, and that they are responsible for the content thereon, etc.
