I started using a Cache system in a typical Apache-Php site and I have to say that differences of response times are HUGE!!!
I implemented the one called "JPCache" (it's free!) and now, instead of having my poor database overloaded of requests it's fresh and lightly running, since the content is refreshed only once every 2 hours!
