Hey everyone-
my name is romeo and ive posted a few times, and often read the forums to catch up on good tid bits of info
I have a gay chat site that is pretty simple and allows visitors to post pictures off other websites. Its pretty old and has a good, devoted following of visitors. It gross is about $100-140/month without me having to do anything, except post new banners every now and then.
I am thinking about selling it because of some financial things going on in my life unrelated to my part time webmastering in the adult industry. I was wondering how I would begin to come up with a good listing price.... do people use a gross income multiplier like = $100/month gross x 10 = $1000, or is it all just based on traffic?
any suggestions? Im not posting the site URL because I dont want to spam... I honestly want opinions because I havent done this before.
thanks!
