    PR ratings

    I've seen alot of people indicating they are ranked PR3,4,5 and such. What exactly does that mean? Is this something to do with adwords? Can someone pelase explain.

      to see the PR of any page you're visiting. PR indicates (in this case) to other webmasters what a sites popularity is compared to all others. PR 0 is not ranked, PR 10 is top ranked
