Best software/freeware for making screenshots?

I've got fireworks 2 and Photoshop 6. What's the quickest way to get a screenshot w/ either those or a freeware program you can point me at? I want to do some screenshots of the tours of the paysites I'm advertising for some "review" sites.

2: open photoshop & make a new documant
3: ctrl+v


Snagit is pretty good too, but printscreen is the easiest and cheapest
