Asking people on GFY for legal advice is pretty much like asking Jessica Simpson to explain the theory of relativity.
well, not that bad because some do know, but...
The rule of thumb is bondage ok, bondage w/ penetration of any sort not ok.
Not sure about Michigan's laws, so your safest bet is always to consult w/ a lawyer. An hour of time shouldn't cost too much so get a list of any questions you might have and get them answered. -
Definitely consult a lawyer before proceeding, as per the Werewolf's suggestion. I can however tell you that bondage with penetration will sell like hotcakes. I'm not familiar w/ Michigan's decency laws offhand, but I'm willing to wager you can proceed. Keep in mind that most states' decency laws are so purposely vague as to be open to interpretation. But if sites can legally sell content of women blowing canines, I think some handcuff and leash play is a-ok.

You need to contact a corporate lawyer. Most adult webmasters will recommend to contact a lawyer that is specializing in adult industry. I personally disagree and prefer to use a mainstream lawyer as they make sure that you are covered 100%.
I have one I can reffer if you want.Comment

ICQ me and I'll give you a contact information of my attorney. He is in SF Bay Area, but I never see him as he can do business via email, phone, fax, mail or whatever...Originally posted by SeTec
