Need help finding script

Hey all! I'm searching for a script that would let me update a header type area with whatever I want using html; banner, text link, e-mail box, java links etc, on multiple pages with one click.
I'm currently using something similar provided by cgispy.com. They host a script where you just add a banner/text and url and then add a snip of code to the pages you want the banner/text link to be on. Then you can just log in to your admin and change banner and/or url at anytime and it will change simultaniously on all the pages where the code is inserted. But I would like to have something more flexible than just a banner/text link.

I've found http://www.hotscripts.com but I have no idea what a script like this would be called so I haven't been able to find it in their search engine...

Look into Server Side Includes (SSI). In short you can put all your banner code or whatever you want in 1 file. then include that file at the top of every page, or anywhere you choose


you dont need a script for this. its supported by apache (through the standard mod_include) and IIS.
