NEED HELP: VirtualDub

Can anyone suggest nice filter for VirtualDub for creating transparent Subtitling and/or Logo over video.

i ve been there already (one of my favorites!),
but I found already a solution...

Most logo or text overlays can be cropped out by vid grabbers file sharers.

We use Flash as it cant be played locally, and we embedd the viewers session ID every 15th frame or so
That way it can be traced all the way back. But most file sharing is in WMP avi mpeg or RP which cant do that, and of course can be ripped easy.
Anyhoo, glad you found a way, somethiing is better than nothing
