Hi Chris, that's my gallery/thumb, glad you like it

photoshop, zoom by 500 and edit pixel by pixel, it takes me around 40 minutes for each thumb if i'm feeling picky

if the original image quality is decent it can be done pretty quickly using a filter called "aetherize" by flaming pear, and some minor tweeking. probably not even 5 minutes. Just depends on how "perfect" you want the image to look. If you need work like that done let me know, I love doing image restoration and touch up I'll give you a good price.
