How to know if a new program converts?

How do you judge, if a new program is worth advertising it? There are so many programs available. It's start to pick the right ones.

Is it the hard stuff that converts well or somethink more glamourous?

Of course everything is worth a try. But there are so many programs available.

I was asking about how you guys judge the potential a program has?

Do you look for a very rare niche?
Very bold content?
Something that is more mainstream than hard porn?

What criterias do you use for your decisions?

I guess it would depend on the kind of site you run.

I find the smaller programs work best for me, good payouts, good content and they're not plastered over every porn site out there.

Look at the programs you're interested in and take a look at the tours for yourself - are they well made? full of popups/spypare? would you be interested? etc..

Members area and promo content wise - most affiliates will let you see before you sign up if you drop them an e-mail.

Just take some time trying things out, you will soon see what works and what doesnt

Try extreem niches. They converts well because many surfers cann't get such feelings in real life and search them in the Internet

Since your website has only 5k a day or less (I am figuring it is more like 800 - 1.5k hits a day - you should first try posting galleries. If you want to be someone in this business then you need to get one thing straight. YOU NEED TO WORK! You will see people like Juicylinks on here and he seems to just be a playboy and post fuckered art all day long. In reality he is working hard but can multitask. If you cannot do that, don't try it or you will never break out into something worth anything.

Your road map? I'd first decide how much you can spend in a month to get the ball rolling. First, can you afford a dedicated server? If not then get virtual hosting with 200gigs minimum to start and I'd prefer you line up 500gigs.

Second, signup with a shitload of sponsors. Find sponsors doing niches. Get one that has a website you would actually buy. Look into their subscription options. Would you buy it at $29.95 a month or would you just signup for the trial offer at $4.95 and then cancel? Is it a niche you share with your surfers? Do you think you can get them to be seduced by your gallery? If not, get out now....

Now either create a good looking gallery with the content your sponsor provides or have someone make you a clean fresh one for $25-$35. Just ask here and a few will send you some (for a fee).

Now get either Advanced Submitter or use Russian Submitter ($28 month) and post the gallery to everyone, then hand post a special stripped down version with no counter or hahahahahahahahahaha of any kind and only 3 or 4 out links to the big TGP's like theHun or Richards-Realm.

If you don't get a major TGP but do get some of the minor leagues you should get 5,000 - 12,000 hits on the gallery a day. If it gets on even one major it can hit 5,000 - 50,000 hits in a day for just that one TGP (now you see why you need 500gigs a month of bandwidth).

If you did get it on the majors or even one of them, find another decent group of content and make some more galleries and post those.

Now check your stats. With TGP traffic expect 300:1 or as high as 2000:1 for signups. This meens you need 2000 people to go to the website from the link in your gallery. A decent gallery on Richards-Realm has done me with 5 signups for the day.

Also when you make your gallery, make a table at the top with your recip in the first cell and the <recips> tag in the second cell. Then the recips that the submission program ads will always have you as numero uno. Doing this I have managed to get as much as 500 - 2000 hits in a day from my gallery posted to a large TGP.

Now make a free site with those 2 galleries under your websites domain in a directory labelled as the name of the website you are selling and as the filename of the website you are selling. Then you can get some SE traffic to your website from this.

Now do this daily. A month from now you should have 30 galleries posted, 15 free sites under your domain and 10k - 20k uniques to your website daily. Don't fuck with these people and update the website every day. As more and more bookmark you will be sitting pretty with 60k to 300k uniques.

A year from now you should have 365 galleries and 182 free sites pulling a shitload of SE traffic.

I agree with basically everyone who responded. Personally, I'd make one gallery promoting the program, submit it to 10 bigger tgps, and see how you convert. If it does well, submit everywhere you can.
