Krawl ID?

Does anyone know how i can obtain a krawl ID? I've tried numerous times applying on their website, but they never get back to me or does it just take a really long time? Any help would be much appreciated.

well, it really takes some time, in my experience 3-4 weeks

Exactly, post some examples of your galleries, maybe we can see where the problem is
