Looking for instant delivery script

Can anyone point me to a good free or cheap script that allows instant delivery of a file upon purchase.

Preferably something that works with Paypal - it is for a non adult ebook project.

Scenario -

customer purchases ebook
script generates random url (?) - emails customer with a link to download from .
