looking for a good affiliate. Help!

Dose anyone know of a good adult affiliate/sponsor program that gives good reoccurring membership percentage ? rebills ? 50% commission at least. The affiliate that I?m using now gets good signs ups but people only stay for about a month and then cancel there memberships because they are not happy with content. I need a good sponsor that will keep members so I can make more money over a period of time.

first off, stats looks like you only pay for dialer sales & not the actual CC joins.,..
