Job Responsibilities:
Develop software applications and components using JAVA, JSP, Servlets, C/C++, Perl, Bash and other technologies as needed. Design and implement database systems including tables, stored procedures, constrains, functions, views and triggers on MS SQL 2000 and MySQL database servers for service and product oriented business critical applications. Participate in requirements, design, and code reviews. Troubleshoot and work with the appropriate individuals to resolve deployment and system problems. Assist in designing, coding, testing, configuring, and hahahahahahahahaing developed software. Attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department.
Technical Skill Requirements:
? 3+ years combined recent experience using C/C++, JAVA and J2EE technologies
? 5+ years programming experience using structured development methodologies
? 5+ years database design and programming experience using SQL and T-SQL on MS SQL and MySQL databases
? Recent experience designing and implementing high availability database systems using MS SQL ? knowledge of replication models and clustering is a plus
? Must have experience with XML, DTD, XDR Schemas, XPath Queries, SAX, DOM, Namespaces
? Familiarity with JSP; Servlets; tag libraries; Model View Controller; EJB/Java Beans; design patterns; Jaxen; Apache Axis, highly desired
? Working knowledge of Ant and CVS
? Working knowledge of NetBeans or Eclipse IDE
? PHP; Perl; experience a plus
General Skill Requirements:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Experience with Object-oriented programming
? Experience with hahahahahahas and Unix/Linux environments
? Must be able to work in a team environment
? BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical/work experience
