    How to leverage trades

I'm a new webmaster, with a relatively new site. I managed to get some really small link trades, but 1 really awesome one .
My only problem is, I need to get more than 1 awesome trade in order for my site to grow. That way, all my link trades will be getting traffic back from me and won't drop my sorry ass. I've tried trading with lots of other big guys, appealing to them in personal e-mails as opposed to registering with their scripts, but I can't get anyone.

What's the best way to get someone to trade with you knowing that you won't be able to send back lots of traffic till a bit down the road?

Is buying traffic the only solution to this problem?

    Hi Makesherov
I also got a new site. Lets trade

I think a good way is to "trade" with toplists, then you will move your way up the ladder.

Buying traffic is the next thing i am gonna try.

Good luck to both of us.. And Happy trading
    Just my 2 cents.

big site don't like feeding smaller tgp's for the most part get alot of trades that have good productivity and use combus thumbs
that will increase your productivty because it rotates your most clicked on thumbs to the top and moves the crap off the site
