Optmizing your site when buying exit traffic?

Thinking of buying a batch of cheap exit traffic. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to best optimize the page that the surfers are going to be sent to. I've heard that I should keep it as small as possible. Does anyone else have any other suggestions or tips?

should be able to load fast, so make it all text...no graphics or no heay graphics...make it eye cathing since it'll pop up after someone close the current page...so fast loading and eye cathcing..what you plan to push...free email proggie
