Need HTML help (warning: SCAT)

I have some banners up which I can see but my customer says are not showing up.

On http://www.depravedtop100.com/autorank/index.html there should be an animated banner that says "Extreme Shit." The file name is scatfetishvideos_banner_la.gif

On http://www.disapproved100.com/html/autorank/index.html there should be an animated banner that says "Scat-Porn.com." The file name is:
scat_porn_banner.gif

Can you see these banners?

Is there something wrong with my HTML that some browsers might not be able to see these banners?

Well, lets see-first a site like the one i seen should not be allowed (RAPE) is illegal and shoul not be promoted in any fashon in the world: Second the popup hell you have SUCKS period. Sites like the one i went to is why surfers are starting to hate the tgp's and free sites. They click on a banner or pic-and can't get out, they have to close there browser. But there is a good point to this-true porn surfers will note sites like this and never go back to them: So in short keep up the good work we need all the help we can get in the business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are no popups on either site, never mind a popup hell. If you clicked someone on the list that had popups, that's out of my control.

Is there anyone who can help with my problem? I'll pay a small reasonable fee.
