produced two videos but with a problem

Just wondering if there is a legal way around this. I have two videos of my buds doing a train on this girl. The catch. She didnt sign the release form we gave her. Can i still use the video or is it just going to collect dust?

Sorry to say this Joe, it ain't worth the hassle.Get her to sign the release or dump it.

I'm assuming you have a copy of her ID.

Im such a noob, nube, newb. take your pick. Nope.
Am now adding that to the list of things to ALWAYS do before the shoot takes place.

Well that was a waste of time and good beer (30 pack bush ). At least it wasnt a total loss. We got to critique the video on what we liked and disliked. Bad lighting and not enough reaction shots.
