I guess this is a goofy question for some but I just honestly don't know how it works. Ok I want to start an AVS site. In order to do so, say I am going through ProAdult, do I just put all of my content in an htaccess folder? Then what. I mean do I need to set up sessions with php or something so that noone can just type in foo.com/fooimage.jpg and get to what I have. I guess what I need to know is this, do you have any good links to information on what I am asking or can someone perhaps help me through ICQ or something. I appreciate your answers in advance.

The way I setup the majority of my AVS sites are as follows:
In the root directory I have my index page, warning pages and any images associated with them (or images in an images folder).
I store my content and gallery pages in a completely different folder, we'll use "content" as the folder name just to make it easy.
Inside that folder you'll want the .htaccess file. Just make sure you add the AVS's domains as allowable or nobody will be able to gain access to the content after entering their AVS password or membership info. With proper htaccess settings you'll avoid the hotlinkers for the most part. You'll also stop people from bookmarking your content pages which will cause them to go through the warning pages again and see any banners or ads you have up before your content.
If this doesnt answer your question or if you have anymore questions hit me up on ICQ. I should be around quite a bit in the next 3 days or so. 10833817[URL=http://www.stupidcash.com/referral=sailorslut/]
