russian submitter/staggered submits

Does the russian submitter stagger submits? What I mean is, if you submit with the russian daily does it stagger your submits correctly, like say every 3-4 days, for the big boys like the hun and al4a so you do not get banned from either? Also, is it worth the money? Much thanks from a hand submitting monkey.

In case you're new, hun and other large tgps don't like autosubmitters, so using one even every 3-4 days will still get you blacklisted.
