I am currently looking into shooting my own content. On adverage, how much do you guys pay girls per hour? (Obviously what they do and how they look play a HUGE role in this and its hard to tell because of factors like that, but a ruff estimate would be very helpful). Thanks in advance.

Somebody should have informed me about this long ago.
Your question has been addressed multiple times on this board. There is no "Average" pay. The pay varies by location in most cases.
