Getting Started

Ok, so I used to work with this guy who knew all about running a porn site. I'd glean what information I could off of him from time to time, but now I really want to start a porn site... here's what I remember from what he told me. He said:

1.Start by making a gallery listing site.

OK, so I signed up for a few programs... sweetmoney, nastydollars, whatever. I bought a domain name and webspace, and set that all up. So now, I basically just put up as many thumbnail galleries as I can on my page, generate traffic, and start getting paid? I mean, I know it's not that easy. But what do I do from then? Buy my own content? What do I do with this content? Submit my thumbnail galleries (which are really promotions for sites which I'm rev. sharing with) to other gallery listing pages? What do I do next?

You should find most of the info you need there, but there are other ways. Try to search the boards using the search function. You will find a lot of info there too.

Whenever the search function is enabled that is.....

CozyAcademy will give you a good idea of alot of the different routes you can go to make money in this biz. Choose one and give it all you've got.

Oh ya, I've found its best to startout with a niche that interests you personally. Once you get a feel for the marketing and design aspect, other niches are alot easier to get going.
