Is there any search engine keyword generator that would spill out the keywords by selected niche or something like that.

For once there is a free tool in the Google search engine that had actually been created to market ad words:

Pro: This tool is suitable to get ideas for related keywords.
Con: Unfortunately the list of search words is too short for an optimization.
