Seems when I click on a link that I submitted everything is fine. When I click on one that was submitted to me, it is fuckered.

I have tried using u=##Encoded_URL## and turning on the encoding function in go.php. Nothing seems to have any effect, though websites I added myself seem to be working without a problem.
