Immediate opening for a customer support representative with web design and internet skills. You will be participating with a small team in the day-to-day running, maintenance and future development of an advanced adult affiliate program. This position requires a basic to intermediate understanding of adult website promotion and marketing, as well as a strong background and keen interest in computers, software and the internet.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate the discipline to work independently while still adhering to the project?s coding conventions and methodologies, a team player with good communication skills who can focus on getting the job done and be pro-active in furthering the development of the business.

The chosen candidate will be working in a bullpen environment in a casual atmosphere, surrounded by hard working, but very open minded and fun individuals. It?s not uncommon to hear music in the office, gather around to chat about the last episode of the Chappelle show, drink a lot of Redbull and eat popcorn, ice cream and frozen pizza. A motivated, mature individual is required for this position. So don?t lie, you can?t fake it in this office.

Outline of Duties:
· Answer support emails and phone calls for affiliate program and it?s sister projects. Handle cancellations using multiple billing processors, and other basic support issues. Experience with adult website promotion required to advise webmasters in successful marketing techniques. We will train you on the programs finer points and internal structure, but you must be willing and able to handle support duties first and foremost.
· Maintain our comprehensive webmaster administration area, researching and adding new information, content and updates on a regular basis. As well, participating in the future development of added features to the program. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal skills are necessary for both support and maintenance duties.
· Use basic graphics skills to crop and hahahahahaha picture galleries, design new thumbnail galleries and odd body graphics, optimize graphics for the web. Possible adult tour design duties, as well as banners and other promotional items. Strong HTML skills required, hand coding with Homesite, no W.Y.S.I.W.Y.G. HTML editors (Adobe ImageReady ok, Dreamweaver not ok). Well versed in Photoshop/Imageready preferred. Knowledge of search engine optimization and other web techniques and implementation is a plus.
· Gather numbers from multiple billing processors and maintain a spreadsheet with current financial information, to be distributed to management on a regular basis.
