Here's what's happened:
The pay-to name on the checks I get needs to be changed. I have 5-6 checks sitting in my draw here, totalling probably $1200+
I have written to ibill asking them to change the pay-to name. The address is still the same. Just the name needs changing.
They tell me only the webmaster can do it. That is the webmaster that runs the revshare program. I have written the webmaster of the revshare program, but he doesn't respond. The revshare program closed in November 2001 (or thereabouts) and I'm just getting rebills now anyhow.
On top of this, I have forgotten my password to that ibill account
Not that it really matters since all I do is receive checks now, and I can't change the pay-to name there anyway.
What to do? Any ideas?
